("Taylor") (NasdaqGS: TAYC) to MB Financial, Inc. for shareholders. Under the terms of the merger agreement, valued at approximately $680 million, each share of Taylor common and nonvoting preferred stock will be converted into the right to receive (a) 0.64318 shares of MB stock and (b) $4.08 in cash; equating to around $22.00 per share.
