Sealed Air Keeps Dividend Steady
Bubble Wrap maker Sealed Air announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.13 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2010.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 20 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 6. The specialty-packaging maker has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1980.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.52-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.9% based on the closing price of Sealed Air's stock on July 11.
