ViewPoint CFO to Resign

Plano, Texas-based ViewPoint Financial Group is looking for a new CFO.

On Wednesday, just before investors packed their bags for the holiday, ViewPoint announced that Chief Financial Officer Pathie E. McKee intends to resign from the bank holding company at the end of this month. She will continue assisting ViewPoint in the capacity of a consultant through the end of the year, however, helping to ensure a smooth transition for her replacement.

No replacement has yet been named for McKee, who has worked for ViewPoint in various capacities since 1983, and served as the company's CFO since 1997.

In related news, ViewPoint noted that its recently promoted chief accounting officer, Kari Anderson, will be serving as interim principal accounting officer and interim principal financial officer until a permanent replacement CFO has been hired.
