American Banker released its 2013 survey of bank reputations today, and the results weren't pretty for the largest U.S. banks.
Out of the 30 banks, Wells Fargo and Bank of America ranked 29 and 30, respectively. Despite the obvious PR-black eye, should investors really care if a bank carries a battered brand?
