WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bay Commercial Bank (OTCBB: BCML) announces the relocation of its headquarters in Walnut Creek, CA on June 24, 2013. The new office is located at 500 Ygnacio Valley Road, Suite 200. An open house is scheduled for Tuesday, September 17th from 5 pm to 7 pm.
