Kim Kardashian says she might need an attorney after a violent incident with Kourtney

Kim Kardashian is preparing herself for the worst. While appearing on the All Fair’s podcast, the KKW Beauty founder confessed that she “might need an attorney” after a violent incident with her sister, Kourtney.

During her conversation with Laura Wasser, Kim, 39, explained that “she might need an attorney” after the first episode of season 18 airs. The mother of four shared that things between she and the Poosh creator, 40, got “a little violent.”

Although the upcoming season might be off to a rough start, Kim pointed out that things “get a lot worse before it gets better.” She continued, “But you know, we’re a really close family. It all works out.”

Towards the end of season 17 of the E! reality show, Kourtney and Kim got into a heated debate regarding boundaries. The mother of four argued that Kourtney was not pulling her weight as a cast member.

"Our job is being open and honest and sharing a lot of ourselves. And it just seems like, for the past few years now, Kourtney hasn't really been open about her personal life on camera," Kim said during her confessional. "So, all of the days that Kourtney isn't filming, Khloé and I are picking up the slack and are having to share more."

At the time, Kourtney expressed that she is focused on motherhood and plans to take a step back from filming. “It’s not okay that I feel like I’m at my breaking point. I need a break and I don’t want to film anymore,” she said. “I have three kids that are my priority more than the show. What I’m saying is I’m getting to the point where I’m not happy. Everyone has their breaking point. Life is short. It’s not all about filming this show.”

Despite Kourtney’s decision, Kim and Khloé continue to prove that the show must go on. In late January 2020, Kim and the Good American CEO, 35, were spotted filming their family reality series in Sherman Oaks, California.
