Global fashion search platform Lyst recently released their Q4 2019 rankings of fashion's buzziest products by analyzing the shopping behavior of more than 9 million shoppers a month. Lyst dove into the searching, browsing and purchase patterns of users across 12,000 designers and online stores, also using Google and social media search data to inform findings.
After Jennifer Lopez sported UGG slippers back in October 2019, while filming her upcoming movie Marry Me, the cozy slides quickly became UGG’s most popular product over the quarter. The UGG Scuffette II slippers entered the top 10 list of hottest women’s products amid searches for the slippers increasing 474 percent on Lyst.
The beloved $85 shoes garnered over 17,000 social media mentions and contributed to a 367 percent rise in page views for the brand.
