Emily Ratajkowski wrote 'f**k harvey' on her arm amid report of Harvey Weinstein's $25 million settlement

Emily Ratajkowski is speaking out as Harvey Weinstein has reportedly reached a settlement with "dozens" of his alleged sexual misconduct victims.

The outspoken model attended the premiere of "Uncut Gems," which her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard produced, with a message of defiance written on her arm in direct reaction to the news: "f**k harvey."

Ratajkowski posed with her hands behind her head on the event's red carpet in order to ensure that cameras caught the two-word message, and she explained the significance of the moment of protest with a post on her Instagram account.

"Today Harvey Weinstein and his former studio made a $25 million deal with his victims," she captioned the photo. "Weinstein, accused of offenses ranging from sexual harassment to rape, won't have to admit wrongdoing or pay his own money. #nojusticenopeace"

The model was referring to a reported settlement that the New York Times revealed this week: Weinstein and his former production studio, the Weinstein Company, have reportedly reached a tentative $25 million settlement with "dozens of his alleged sexual misconduct victims."

The outlet reported that it's "a deal that would not require the Hollywood producer to admit wrongdoing or pay anything to his accusers himself, according to lawyers involved in the negotiations." Instead, paying the multi-million-dollar settlement will reportedly be insurance companies representing the Weinstein Company, with $12 million of the total going toward legal fees and $6.2 million going to the 18 victims involved in the settlement.

Time's Up also spoke out following news of the reported settlement, calling out that "the system is broken."

"Here’s a math problem: 18 of 80+ victims split $6.2M," the advocacy group tweeted. " $12M+ goes towards legal fees for Harvey Weinstein, Bob Weinstein & The Weinstein Company board. Here’s a bigger problem: If this is the best the survivors could get, the system is broken."
