Tim McGraw is in the "best shape" of his entire life!

The 52-year-old country legend is gearing up for the release of his health and fitness lifestyle book, "Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life," set to be published on November 5, and he's sharing some seriously impressive photos to help promote his latest project.

In a series of Instagram posts, McGraw shows off his chiseled physique and bulging biceps, urging his millions of followers to take their health as seriously as he's taken his in the last several years.

"My whole life, I’ve lived according to one key value. I guess I’ve done so from an early age, when I wanted so fiercely to get beyond my circumstances. That value is, Be ready," he captioned one photo of himself in a skintight tank top. "Be primed for opportunity when it shows up, because it will come once, it will move on quick, and if you’re not ready to make the shot, your whole destiny can change in a heartbeat. Miss that moment, and you’ll live the rest of your life wondering just how much of your potential never played out."

"That’s when I decided to go from being in good shape to being in the best shape of my life," he finished.

Commenters were quick to praise the singer for his work ethic, calling him "inspiring," saying that he was "looking good" and that he looks "mighty fine, sir!"

In another photo, which shows him writing the phrase, "ya gotta believe," onto a mirror, the "I Like It, I Love It" hitmaker talked about his relationship to fitness and a "slump" that he went through up until he turned 40.

"Athleticism and sport have been intertwined into my whole way of being since an early age. It’s literally in my DNA," he captioned the photo. "Even so, I lost contact with that part of myself and—foolishly—let the fire dwindle to the point where it almost went out."

"Life served me a good lesson in humility, and that led me to starting over from close to scratch," he went on. "I leapt out of a slump at age forty, hit full stride at forty-five, and now at fifty-two it’s coming together quite nicely."

In a third photo, which shows him wearing a body-hugging black hoodie and an Apple Watch, McGraw explained the effect that getting into tip-top physical shape has had on his mind and life overall.

"Focusing on my physical health hasn’t just made my body healthier, it’s made me healthier at every level," he said. "Moving daily and exercising regularly was a pebble that set off a ripple effect, improving the way I eat, sleep, relate to others, and show up both personally and professionally. It made me a better person to be around."

"Grit & Grace" is described as a "one-of-a kind lifestyle book that melds his personal fitness transformation story with practical advice to inspire healthy changes in readers’ lives," documenting the beloved country singer's "crossroads" over a decade ago, after endless touring and traveling "had taken a toll" on his health and wellbeing.

"In 'Grit & Grace,' McGraw shares his transformation story along with encouragement, inspiration, and real-life, practical advice to help readers become healthy, strong and fit in mind and body," the book's description reads. "For the first time, McGraw will share the details of the mental and physical routine that got him in the best shape of his life. He suggests that there is no magic formula to getting stronger and healthier: it is about making a commitment to do and be better, and holding yourself accountable each day."

It's no secret that the singer has gotten himself into incredible shape over the last decade or so. Back in May, for example, McGraw posted a shirtless photo of himself showing off a fish that he caught during a fishing trip, and fans couldn't help but fawn over his glaring six-pack.

Tim McGraw shares three daughters -- Gracie, 22, Maggie, 21, and Aubrey, 17 -- with his wife of 23 years, Faith Hill.

"Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life" hits bookshelves on November 5. Pre-order it here.
