James Middleton and fiancée Alizee make first public appearance since announcing engagement

James Middleton and his fiancée, Alizee Thevent, made their public appearance debut since they announced their engagement early in October.

Kate and Pippa Middleton's younger brother and his soon-to-be-wife stepped out at the London premiere of the new Apple documentary "The Elephant Queen" on Thursday night. For the occasion, the couple both wore velvet blazers while James paired his with casual denim and Alizee layered her wine-hued jacket over a dress.

Earlier this month, James took to Instagram to announce his engagement to the French financial analyst after meeting last year in London.

"She said OUI ❤️," the 32-year-old Middleton wrote on Instagram. "Our secret is out but we couldn’t be happier to share the news 🥂🍾."
