Justin Bieber drops romantic new single with Dan + Shay and declares it's 'wedding season'
Justin Bieber and country crooners Dan + Shay released a new collaborative single on Friday, and it definitely shows that Bieber's got love on the brain.
The upbeat and acoustic track, titled "10,000 Hours," is nothing short of a love song. Bieber teased the single on his Instagram page in the days leading up to its release by describing it as "wedding music", and posted a photo of the trio last night with the caption "wedding season." This only seems fitting, as the pop star tied the knot with his wife, Hailey Baldwin, for the second time just a few days ago.
The lyrics of the love-filled track describe the fun of not only romance, but of commitment. The chorus reads:
I'd spend 10,000 hours and 10,000 more, baby if that's what it takes to learn that sweet heart of yours.
And I might never get there, but I'm gonna try — if it's 10,000 hours or the rest of my life.
Dan + Shay have become near experts at churning out heartwarming, hook-filled songs, and "10,000 Hours" is no different. However, the country duo attended the Bieber-Baldwin wedding, and it's safe to assume it served as a special source of inspiration for their newest hit.
