Emmys 2019 best dressed: From Zendaya to Kerry Washington

The 2019 Emmys always brings the best of fashion to the red carpet.

While some stars chose to play it safe or completely missed the mark, other A-listers epitomized the night of glamour. It's no surprise that Zendaya topped our best-dressed list. The "Euphoria" star stunned in an emerald green corset dress by Vera Wang. Not far behind her was "Game Of Thrones" star, Emilia Clarke, who took the plunge in a deep navy Valentino number.

Every year there are a few unexpected style standouts: "Russian Dolls" star Greta Lee took a winning risk in a lime green voluminous set by Christopher John Rogers while, "Pose" actress, Mj Rodriguez, completely shut down the carpet in a plunging fuchsia custom Jason Wu gown.

Kendall Jenner was another one who pushed the boundaries with an unusually cool moment, wearing a floral Richard Quinn mermaid gown over a black latex turtleneck bodysuit by Vex Clothing.

Other best stars included Laverne Cox, Naomi Watts and Kerry Washington.
