'SNL' producer Lindsay Shookus reportedly cozying up to Jon Hamm after split from Ben Affleck

Lindsay Shookus certainly has a type!

Five months after her official split from Ben Affleck, the "Saturday Night Live" producer is reportedly seeing another dark-haired leading man: Jon Hamm.

The rumored couple was spotted sitting together this week at the Broadway premiere of "Derren Brown: Secret," an eyewitness told People: "It very much felt like they were on a date. When they were talking to one another, they locked eyes and were smiling the whole time."

An insider said the two have been friends for "a decade," which suggests they may have met when he first hosted "Saturday Night Live" in 2008. Shookus oversees the show's talent department, which is responsible for booking celebrity hosts.

Shookus and Affleck first went public with their relationship in 2017, but they'd allegedly been seeing each other on-and-off since 2013, according to an ET report. His then-wife, Jennifer Garner, "did confront Lindsay about the affair when it was going on," an insider said. "Jen told Lindsay to stay away from her husband."

The source also claimed that Garner spoke directly to Shookus' then-husband, a producer on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," when she appeared on the show in March 2016. They "had a conversation about the affair and Jen told him everything."

Affleck and Shookus briefly split in 2018 around the time of his admission to rehab, reunited, and definitively broke up in spring 2019.
