Us Weekly threw it's annual Most Stylish New Yorkers event during New York Fashion Week on Wednesday night at the newly-opened Cathédrale at Moxy East Village, where a slew of high-profile reality stars stepped out for a fun night out.

Bravo's biggest stars were in attendance at the 15th annual event, with "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs and Danielle Staub among the star-studded crowd and "Real Housewives of Dallas" cast members LeeAnne Locken, D'Andra Simmons and Kameron Westcott also there.
Rachel Lindsay from "The Bachelorette," Lala Anthony, Sara Gaines, "RHONY" star Luann de Lesseps and Lil' Kim were also all in attendance at the exclusive bash, but it was Coco Austin and husband Ice-T who stole the show on the red carpet: Coco put on a dangerous display in a spiky leather mini-skirt, playfully posing with her backside to the cameras alongside the "Law & Order: SVU" star.
