Sylvester Stallone's daughter, Sistine, is already making her mark in young Hollywood at just 21 year old. From walking red carpets with her famous family to breaking through the modeling world (she's already walked for Chanel), Sistine is making her film debut with "47 Meters Down: Uncaged," set to premiere this week, directed by Johannes Roberts.

In addition to pursuing her career in Hollywood, Stallone also currently attends the University of Southern California, where she's studying communications. Her big sister, Sophia, 22, recently graduated from USC's Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism.

The gorgeous blonde has also racked up a cool 1.1 million followers on Instagram thanks to her cali-style and flawless features. From trips to Croatia to her red carpet glam, the Hollywood newcomer's social media presence is pretty amazing.
