Bode Miller and his wife Morgan are expecting twins!
The former Olympic skier, 41, and the pro volleyball player, 32, made an appearance on "Today" Monday morning to announce the good news that the couple is set to have identical twin boys mid November.
The family recently welcomed a new addition to their family, Easton, who was born just four months after they suffered a devastating loss of their 19-month-old daughter, Emmy, who tragically drowned in a pool at a neighbor's house in June 2018.
"Losing a child while pregnant was the most confusing experience of my life. The conflict of emotions from what was pure joy turned to guilt and terror overnight. How could I love this baby the way I loved Emmy? Was it okay to love this baby the way I loved Emmy? It felt like by loving my son, I was trying to replace her. The fear of birthing my son and what that meant .....a monumental step forward....proof that time continued without her when all I wanted was for time to stop," Morgan explained on Instagram in a new post.
"But let me say this....I couldn’t have been more wrong. Easton provided us an even closer bond to his sister. The moment I heard his cry, something sparked back alive in my soul. Hope. Love. I’m not sure. But in that moment, I knew I was Mom and my kids deserved the world from me. Everything was going to be okay. My joy and grief could coexist. Now, I can actually say with joy and excitement that we are expecting identical twin boys."
"From the day I met my husband, he has always said he wanted identical twin boys born on his birthday. We are due on the lucky day/angel number of 11/11 which is not far off from @millerbode Birthday of 10/12. From the beginning of this pregnancy, we knew Emmy had her hands in this miracle somehow."

Happy Thanksgiving from the Miller’s. Lots to be thankful for this year. And really enjoying my first Thanksgiving with my family on the east coast in 20 years.
Merry Christmas to our baby girl in heaven. We miss you so much!
2018 has been a year full of overwhelming sadness and overwhelming joy. We have spent half of the year mourning and attempting to heal the loss of our angel which feels like an impossible battle all while celebrating the birth of our son. Seeking normalcy for our children has been our driving force forward. Normally I would be looking forward to a “fresh beginning” in 2019 but there is no more starting fresh after the loss of a child. So here’s to a healthy 2019 full of personal growth and creating many memories with my babies, full of smiles and laughs. Wishing everyone a special holiday season surrounded by loved ones.
We want to thank our friends, family and every one of you who sent a message, said a prayer or donated for the overwhelming expression of support - we are truly touched and blessed. Our midwives started a gofundme campaign to raise funds and we intend to donate these funds raised to worthwhile causes connected to water safety education. We are inspired to make our baby girls memory go forth and help prevent as many drownings as possible. We will post more soon on our plans and efforts.

Stuck in Aspen after lots of canceled flights. The kids are loving their first “snow day!” May be going straight to NH for #Bodefest instead of home. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
