'RHONJ': Melissa Gorga and Danielle Staub 'go head-to-head' this season (Exclusive)

Get ready for a showdown on the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."

Season 10 of the Bravo hit premieres later this year, but all signs are pointing to the milestone year being one for the books. While promoting her Fiber One "Work Done" music video alongside Porsha Williams and Sonja Morgan, Melissa Gorga opened up to AOL's Gibson Johns about what viewers can expect from the tenth season of "RHONJ," noting that things boil over between her and friend of the cast, Danielle Staub.

"She is a spit-fire, we all know this. She’s always good to come in and cause a little action, stir the pot and cause drama," Melissa told AOL. "Personally, for me, this season I kind of go head-to-head with her a little bit. I do. I’m always down with someone coming through like the Tasmanian Devil, because I love to tell them they’re wrong. That’s my one strong point: If you’re wrong, I’m going to tell you you’re wrong."

The upcoming season will reportedly feature the exact same cast as season 9, which bodes well for its drama potential. With Teresa Giudice, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin and Jackie Goldschneider all coming back, season 10 promises to recapture the magic of the much-lauded season 9.

"I think we finally found out cast," Melissa said. "'Jersey' is one of the hardest franchises to cast. No one would believe it, but Andy says it all the time: It’s impossible. It’s very hard to mesh with family when you’re an outsider and fit in, but finally we found a cast that works with Teresa and I, and I think we’ll hold onto this cast for a while."

As for her relationship with her sister-in-law, Teresa, Melissa explained that, regardless of whatever epic argument they may be having at any given time, she knows that they'll eventually come back together. Not only that, but she said that their kids are old enough now to step in when things get too heated between them.

"I have learned that for me, especially with Teresa, actions speak louder than words. I hear it, hear it hear it, but when it comes down to it, do I see it? At the end of the day, though, we’re family and we just give into each other," she said. "It's kinda funny, our children are old enough now to intervene. They’re like, 'You’re not arguing! Get up and get out of the room!'"
