Prince Harry has worn this J.Crew jacket no less than 24 times since last year

A lot is made about what Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle wears for public appearances and how fans of the royal family can get their hands on her favorite things, but what about Prince Harry?

Whereas his wife likes to take more fashion risks, the Duke of Sussex tends to play it safe when it comes to his wardrobe, opting for blues, whites and grays that stay within his youthful take on preppy style. So, it makes sense that Harry favors select wardrobe staples for his official royal engagements -- including an affordable, versatile sport jacket from J.Crew, the Ludlow Jacket.

In fact, Prince Harry loves the J.Crew Ludlow Jacket so much that he's worn it no less than a whopping 24 times since he was first spotted wearing it in April 2018, one month before he married Meghan Markle.

J.Crew Classic Ludlow Jacket, $168

As far as we can tell, Harry has the classic, timeless jacket in at least four different colorways and, through a variety of different appearances, has proven that the piece works well in both casual and formal settings, pairing the expensive-looking sport coat with everything from an unbuttoned shirt to a necktie.

For example, Harry wore the same shade of the J.Crew Ludlow Jacket to a polo match in July 26 as he did when he introduced his first child, Archie Harrison, to the world in May 2019. He's also worn various colors of the jacket at Archie's christening, during an October 2018 outing to the Invictus Games, for a formal appearance in Morocco in February 2019 and alongside Dr. Jane Goodall at Windsor Castle last month, in July 2019.

One of J.Crew's signature suit pieces, the J.Crew Ludlow Jacket is the same high-quality of a jacket that would normally have a four-figure price tag, but this one is available at just $168!
