Olivia Jade breaks Instagram silence after 4 months amid ongoing college admissions scandal

Olivia Jade is back.

The 19-year-old YouTube star posted her first Instagram on Monday morning since news broke of her and her mother, Lori Loughlin's, involvement in the college admission cheating scandal. Olivia, who has been MIA from social media since February, made a return to her 1.4 million Instagram followers to wish her mom a happy birthday.

"One day late. happy birthday. i love you so much," she simply captioned a baby photo of her with the former "Full House" star.

While her previous Instagram posts all have the comments section turned off, the birthday tribute to Loughlin seemingly has the monitor tool turned on to filter out offensive or inappropriate comments. Within the first hour, the post racked up over 100K likes, yet only 30 comments.

Olivia Jade's Instagram post comes just 3 months after moving trucks were spotted outside her parents' home the same week she was seen furniture shopping at an Ikea, following rumors the beauty Influencer was moving out to "start a new chapter."

Loughlin's oldest daughter, Bella, also returned to Instagram to wish her mother happy birthday.

Actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin were among the 50 people, including actresses and CEOs, arrested and charged in a nationwide college admissions cheating scam. Loughlin, alongside her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were charged with multiple counts of fraud and money laundering conspiracy, but pleaded not guilty and rejected their plea deal.

Loughlin and Giannulli allegedly paid $500,000 to get both of their daughters into the University of Southern California under the false pretenses that they were recruited for women's crew, despite the fact that they had never rowed before. Olivia Jade, who worked as a successful beauty vlogger, lost many of her high-profile brand deals due to the scandal, including Sephora.

Just last week, Lifetime announced they are currently in production on a movie inspired by the college admissions scandal set to air as soon as this fall.
