Browns star quarterback Baker Mayfield is officially a married man: Inside his Malibu wedding

Browns star quarterback Baker Mayfield is officially a married man: The 24-year-old wed Emily Wilkinson, 28, in a Malibu ceremony over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

Mayfield confirmed the news on Instagram, posting a selfie video from inside a car with his new wife: "Mr. Mayfield here checking in with Mrs. Mayfield," he said. "Oh my goodness, I’m married. We’re married."

In attendance at the nuptials were a number of University of Oklahoma alums who are now scattered across the NFL, including the Cardinals' Kyler Murray and Jaguars' Dede Westbrook.

Current U of O undergrads Tanner Schafer and Grant Calcaterra served as ushers during the ceremony.

Mayfield, a Texas native, has made major waves in Ohio since joining the Browns in 2018. He led the Browns to their first win in 19 games, putting an end to 635 days of consecutive losses, and shattered rookie records set by Peyton Manning and Russell Wilson.
