Cuba Gooding Jr. Charged With Forcibly Touching Alleged Victim

NYPD confirms to ET that Cuba Gooding Jr. has been arrested and charged with forcible touching, which is a misdemeanor. According to arraignment documents, Gooding Jr. was released without bail afterward. Cuba Gooding, Jr has arrived at #NYPD precinct where he’s expected to be charged with groping a woman at a midtown bar on Sunday night.
