Katie Holmes stuns in custom Missoni for the 2019 Life Ball

Katie Holmes is booked and busy!

The 41-year-old actress jet-set from the Big Apple to Austria to attend the 2019 Life Ball in Vienna. In efforts to raise money to support people with HIV or AIDS, Holmes took the stage at City Hall to give a short but sweet speech.

"Keep on fighting until this epidemic is consigned to the history books. Thank you all so much for your solidarity and generosity. Have a wonderful evening," she said to close out her appearance.

For the outing, the actress kept her hair sleek and straight and opted for a custom Missoni dress. The strapless gown was equal parts cool as it was elegant, featuring a glittering holographic-like fabric with the Italian designer's signature kaleidoscope print.

Katie's tamed ensemble was an unexpected addition to the red carpet filled with avant-garde fashion and rainbow wigs -- but leave it to Katie to always keep classy.

The former "Dawson's Creek" star also posed with burlesque queen Dita Von Teese at the pre-gala dinner, where the designer of Katie's dress, Angela Missoni, was honored for her contribution in the HIV/AIDS community.

Across the pond, Holmes' boyfriend, Jamie Foxx, was also doing his celebrity duties as he took the stage at the 2019 AFI Life Achievement Award to honor Denzel Washington.

While Life Ball, known as Europe's biggest charity event, is sadly coming to an end after 26 years, celebrities all stepped out to show their support. From Alan Cummings to "DWTS" alum Nyle Dimarco, check out the complete red carpet in the gallery below.
