Terry Bradshaw apologizes for racially insensitive comments about actor Ken Jeong
Terry Bradshaw’s joke that fell flat at a Fox upfront presentation resulted in the former football star apologizing to actor Ken Jeong about a racially insensitive comment.
Bradshaw was speaking about being on “The Masked Singer” when he tried to reference hosts Robin Thicke and Jeong.
"Unfortunately, I was kicked off by Alan Thicke and the little short guy from Japan,” Bradshaw said, according to CNN.
Alan Thicke, Robin’s father, died in 2016. And Jeong is Korean-American.

Bradshaw released an apology on Tuesday regarding the comment about Jeong.
"I made an insensitive remark today about Ken, who I've known for some time," Bradshaw said in a statement, via CNN. "I've spoken to him about the importance of cultural respect and apologized for my offensive comments. I would like to also apologize to the Asian-American community for my insensitivity."
Bradshaw was a Hall-of-Fame quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, then his amusing personality landed a gig on Fox’s NFL pregame show. He has been a fixture on Fox’s pregame show since it started in 1994.
