TODAY Cafe at Universal Studios will feature Al Roker's favorite NYC avocado toast

Even while you're on vacation, you can start the day with Savannah and Hoda.

The TODAY Cafe, designed just like the show's NBC set in New York City, opens at Universal Studios Florida on May 16. If the orange decor and "On Air" sign don't make you feel like a morning anchor, the logo-emblazoned mugs will do the trick.

A breakfast-centric menu features pastries, salads and sandwiches in addition to some more trendy options: Al Roker's favorite NYC recipes inspired the "Al's Avocado Toast," and other visitors will be all over the acai bowls. Roker will be one of the TODAY anchors broadcasting live from Orlando on Thursday to celebrate the big opening.

Between Universal Studios Florida and its next-door Islands of Adventure, there are a number of themed restaurants that precede the TODAY Cafe, including "The Simpsons" spots and "Harry Potter" eateries Leaky Cauldron, Hog's Head and Three Broomsticks.

In 2017, Universal opened another attraction inspired by another show that calls 30 Rockefeller Plaza home: "Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon" takes guests through a replica of NBC Studios, "The Tonight Show"'s Studio 6B and various parts of midtown Manhattan.

Fallon was joined by his wife and two daughters for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
