Toni Braxton's family has been hit with tragedy.

Multiple outlets report that the R&B singer's niece, Lauren Braxton, who was known to friends and family as "Lolo," passed away on Monday at the age of 24. The daughter of Toni's younger brother, Michael Conrad, Jr., reportedly had a heart condition that contributed to her death, but there is a full autopsy underway to determine her official cause of death.

TMZ cites local law enforcement sources in Maryland who said that an urgent 911 call was placed on Monday, but she was found unresponsive when paramedics arrived on the scene, where she was pronounced dead soon thereafter.

Toni and Michael share younger sisters Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar and have all appeared on the successful reality hit, "Braxton Family Values."

Trina took to Instagram on Tuesday morning to mourn the loss of her niece, sharing a selfie of the 24-year-old with the caption, "God sent me another angel! Rest in Heaven Lauren 'LoLo' Braxton."

Lauren Braxton would've turned 25 on May 9.
