Tribeca Film Festival 2019: De Niro and Angela Bassett snap selfies and more candid moments at jury lunch

Bob De Niro is no stranger to selfies.

Angela Bassett, looking gorgeous (and ageless — has anyone ever looked better at 60?) snapped a shot with De Niro on Thursday at the Tribeca Film Festival Jury Lunch. The two were just a few of the famous faces who arrived at Tribeca Grill Loft to kick off the annual event.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had Alec Baldwin and Billy Crystal cracking up, while Debra Messing couldn't get enough of Whoopi Goldberg.

De Niro, who co-founded the Tribeca Film Festival, looked perhaps most excited to chat with Crystal and his wife of more than 45 years, Janice. The couple often attends the festival in support of their longtime friend.

Tickets are still available for this year's festival, which features buzzy film and TV screeners as well as live programming. Among the highlights: David O. Russell will interview Jennifer Lawrence in front of an intimate audience on 4/27, Michael J.
