'Summer House': Watch Kyle Cooke go ring shopping before Amanda Batula proposal (Exclusive)

On this week's episode of Bravo's "Summer House," cast member Kyle Cooke proves that he's ready to take the next step with girlfriend, Amanda Batula, as he goes to an appointment to get a custom engagement ring made for her.

In a clip from tonight's episode, available exclusively on AOL, Kyle reveals that Amanda has no idea that he's shopping around for a ring, because she assumed he had spent too much money on their joint business venture, Loverboy, and putting a down payment on their new apartment together.

"I actually think, since we had to put so much time into the apartment search and then put so much money down -- we're starting a business together -- in her head there's just no way," he tells his jeweler in the clip. "So, that's why I'm like, 'I gotta strike at that opportunity!'"

Kyle also hopes that his proposal once again proves his dedication to Amanda after threatening their trust by cheating on her the summer before.

"Now more than ever I really want to, like, let her know what she means to me," he says. "So, how quickly can you make a ring?"

"Amanda is going to be completely surprised by this proposal," he adds.

Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula got engaged at the end of last summer.
