'Game of Thrones': All the biggest questions through the show's eight seasons

"Game of Thrones" better not try to get away with a murky ending.

For eight years, fans have bombarded Google seeking answers to the HBO hit's biggest questions. Some of those loose ends have been tied up, but others remain a mystery as we move into the final episodes.

Google Trends determined that one of the top "GoT" searches of 2019 is surveyed "How are Jon Snow and Daenerys related?" (This was fully answered well over a year ago. Why are so many people still Googling it?!)

Since so many people remain confused, we're happy to answer that question for you: She is his aunt. Jon Snow is the son of Rhaegar Targaryen, who is Daernerys' older brother. His mother is Lyanna Stark.

If their romantic encounters unsettle you given their blood relation, well, we're not sure how you made it through the past even seasons.

Other top questions are just pure curiosity: "How big is Westeros?" probably isn't going to come in handy in real life, but you never know.

Ultimately, there's just one answer we all need to know: Who will sit on the Iron Throne? We won't know for weeks, but "GoT" writer Bryan Cogman created a list of 21 episodes to re-watch that may provide the biggest clues.
