Variety Power of Women: See what all the stars wore

On Friday afternoon at Cipriani Midtown, Variety held its annual Power of Women: New York event, where it honored Gigi Hadid, Taraji P. Henson, Bette Midler, Christiane Amanpour and Kacey Musgraves for their various philanthropic efforts.

All five women delivered emotional speeches during the luncheon, which was presented by Lifetime, to a packed room of celebrities, media and fashion insiders, like Bella Hadid, Bethenny Frankel, Ashley Graham, Carole Radziwill, Gretchen Carlson and Jennifer Nettles, who sipped on JNSQ wine during the Audi-sponsored event.

There were also A-list presenters on-hand to introduce each of this year's honorees: Jimmy Fallon introduced Hadid, Gayle King introduced Musgraves, Julianne Moore introduced Midler, Yara Shahidi introduced Henson and Jeff Zucker introduced Christiane Amanpour.

Also honored during the ceremony were "Surviving R. Kelly" subjects Lisa Van Allen, Kitti Jones and Tamra Simmons, as well as Essence Communications CEO Michelle Ebanks.
