Lindsay Lohan isn't thrilled that Lea Michele was tapped to play Ariel in 'The Little Mermaid' live concert

Lindsay Lohan is taking a stand on behalf of her fellow redheads — or maybe just on behalf of herself.

Upon learning that "Glee" star Lea Michele will headline a live concert performance of Disney's "The Little Mermaid," Lohan needed just one word to make her feelings known.

"Huh?" she wrote in response the the announcement. (Instagram account Comments by Celebs was first to take note of the candid reaction.)

It's no secret that Lohan's itching to play the musical mermaid: In 2018, she called it Ariel "dream role," adding that she'd like Meryl Streep to co-star as the evil Ursula.

Streep will not be featured in the live concert performances at the Hollywood Bowl on May 17 and May 18, but Harvey Fierstein will certainly make for an exciting Ursula. Ken Page, Peter Gallagher and Leo Gallo also star.

A full orchestra and large screening of the 1989 film will help paint the underwater scene.

Tickets are available here on Ticketmaster.
