Game of Thrones season 8 premiere: All the best red carpet moments

Who needs the Oscars? The "Game of Thrones" season 8 premiere put every other red carpet to shame: On hand to celebrate the show's final season were not just the cast, crew and producers, but also a starry collection of famous fans.

Co-stars and newlyweds Rose Leslie and Kit Harrington were unquestionably the couple of the night, although Sophie Turner and fiance Joe Jonas were just as glamorous as they posed outside Radio City Music Hall. Making a more dramatic entrance was Gwendoline Christie, whose statement silk gown was more than photoshoot-ready.

Meanwhile, devoted "GoT" fans Brad Paisley and his wife Kimberly dressed to the nines and Rosie O'Donnell arrived with fiancée Elizabeth Rooney on her arm. O'Donnell live-streamed the big night on Instagram, which is why she's holding up her iPhone in photos.

Amanda Peet was by the side of her husband, David Benioff, the co-creator and showrunner behind the smash HBO series. Peet also greeted longtime close friend Sarah Paulson on the red carpet.

Kristian Nairn, who played fan-favorite character Hodor, held hands with his handsome beau, as did Peter Dinklage's wife, Erica.
