Who is Reba McEntire's boyfriend? Meet Skeeter Lasuzzo

Reba McEntire has rediscovered love with boyfriend Anthony "Skeeter" Lasuzzo.

After going through a difficult divorce from Narvel Blackstock, her husband of 26 years back in 2015, the country superstar is "totally in love" again and opening up about her exciting romance on the cover of People.

The 64-year-old redheaded singer met her new boyfriend, 70, in August 2017 during a vacation in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where the accomplished wildlife photographer has a second home. After Lasuzzo paid for McEntire's dinner, the now-couple "spent every day together" during her week-long trip.

Six months later, they made their red carpet debut at the 2018 Grammy Awards in New York City.

"I was not looking," McEntire said of their chance encounter. "Not even interested."

Both of them are nature lovers and "do a lot of walking together" when they spend time at one another's homes (McEntire lives in Nashville, while Lasuzzo lives in the small town of Pottsboro, Texas).

"When we go to Jackson Hole, we snowshoe and walk and get into nature," McEntire told People.

When they spend time in Pottsboro, they often go visit McEntire's mother, who lives just 90 minutes away in Oklahoma.

Though Lasuzzo clearly appreciates living a quiet life -- McEntire described him as a "meditator" -- the singer explained that her new love isn't intimidated by her life in the spotlight, and has accompanied her to many big events. In addition to the Grammys, he was also by her side when she was honored at the Kennedy Center Honors in December. He'll also be there this month when she hosts the Academy of Country Music Awards for the 16th time.

"How do you explain my life?" McEntire said of their first few dates. "How do you explain that some people will run over him to say hi to me?"

"He was in oil and gas and he gave speeches and talks and dealt with the public, and so he understands a lot more than someone else might not be able to," she went on. "It came natural for him."

Lasuzzo also has a family of his own. While McEntire shares 29-year-old son, Shelby, with her ex, Lasuzzo has four children that he shared with late wife, Marolyn, who died in 2013 at the age of 65 after a seven-year-old battle with breast cancer.

Following their respective heartbreaks, McEntire and Lasuzzo are making sure to life their lives to the fullest and have decided to put an emphasis on their mutual love of travel. In a year and a half, in addition to spending a lot of time in Jackson Hole, the couple has gone to Iceland, South Africa and Italy, with more trips planned for the future.

"We're totally in love -- absolutely," McEntire said. "The old heart's still beating!"
