Jimmy Fallon shares family photo with his kids and wife during Bahamas vacation

"The Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon is enjoying some much-needed daylight.

The Fallon family ditched chilly New York this week in favor of the Bahamas, and their vacation photos have us ready to jump on the next flight. A visit to Dolphin Cay at the Atlantis Resort required some special equipment for Fallon, wife Nancy Juvonen, and their daughters, Winnie and Frances.

"I always thought bowling shoes were a little gross -- then I met the wet suit rental program," Fallon quipped on Instagram.

Earlier in the week, Fallon posted a selfie as he explored Nassau's natural foliage while wearing a bucket hat and sunglasses. "Ready for my cameo in 'Jumanji,'" he wrote. "Even though I wasn't asked."

Fallon rarely posts photos of his children, although they have joined him for a few public appearances over the years. Both Winnie, 5, and Frances, 4, are blonde-headed like their mom. (Juvonen co-owns production company Flower Films with Drew Barrymore; she first met Fallon on set of 2005's "Fever Pitch.")

"The Tonight Show" is in reruns this week as Fallon makes the most of his time off.
