NBC's new late-night lineup: Fallon, Meyers, Singh.

Lilly Singh will host the brand-new "A Little Late with Lilly Singh," which will replace Carson Daly's long-running "Last Call" at 1:35 AM. The talk show will premiere in September.

Singh announced the news Thursday on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," where she and her new NBC counterparts toasted the news. Watch the fun reveal in the video above.

"I do think it's a little awesome: Indian-Canadian woman to have a late-night show," she said as Fallon offered up his desk for her to practice her interview skills.

Singh, 30, started her career on YouTube in 2010, where she built up a fanbase of more than 14 million subscribers, making her one of the platform's most successful stars to date. She's also a New York Times best-selling author thanks to her book "How To Be a Bawse: A Guide to Conquering Life."

In 2017, Forbes ranked her #1 Singh its list of top entertainment influencers.

Singh, who will executive produce "A Little Late," will be the only woman currently hosting a late-night talk show on one of the Big 4 networks (NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX).
