Oscars 2019: Celebs arrive at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party

Some of the hottest looks of Oscar night were at an entirely different event.

For the 27th year, Sir Elton John welcomed guests to his annual AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party, where A-list stars gather to watch the ceremony and raise money for an incredible cause.

Sparkles were a staple on the red carpet: Jane Seymour, who recently celebrated her 68th birthday, sparkled in an allover-crystal gown while Caitlyn Jenner opted for a shimmering above-the-knee number.

During cocktail hour, stars toasted the evening with CÎROC Vodka and Tequila Don Julio.

Also at the swanky affair was Heidi Klum, who donned a black and gold ballgown and couldn't stop smiling alongside fiance Tom Kaulitz, as well as Adriana Lima, Maria Sharapova and Lisa Rinna.

Last year's event raised $5.9 million for the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
