Barack Obama shares lavish meal with Chrissy Teigen, John Legend and the Currys

Barack Obama had some good company at dinner on Presidents Day.

The former President of the United States ate at International Smoke in San Francisco on Monday night, where the restaurant's chef, Michael Mina, cooked for him and a pair of A-list couples that he dined with.

Per Page Six, Obama was joined by John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry, who owns the restaurant. After their meal, Mina took to Instagram to share a group shot with the Currys and Obama.

"No greater privilege than to cook for this man on Presidents Day," he captioned the photo. "Thank for the highest honor @barackobama!"

Teigen also took to social media to commemorate the occasion by posting a Boomerang of herself and Mina following the meal.

"truly had such an incredible meal at International Smoke last night," she tweeted. "Cornbread with Thai curry, baked oysters ahhhhh amazing job @ayeshacurry and @ChefMichaelMina!!"

Noticeably absent from the dinner was Michelle Obama, as she chose not to join her husband out on the West Coast.

The fun night out came the day before both Legend and Golden State Warriors player Curry joined Obama at the Obama Foundation's My Brother's Keeper event in Oakland on Tuesday, where Legend performed.
