Jessica Simpson breaks her toilet seat: 'Don't lean back on the toilet while pregnant'

Pregnancy isn't always pleasant.

Jessica Simpson, who's expecting her third child, has suffered her share of prenatal issues in recent months, including heavily swollen feet and severe acid reflux. The latest? Her toilet seat is busted.

"Warning," she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her broken toilet lid. "Don't lean back on the toilet while pregnant."

Simpson, 38, frequently takes to social media to light-heartedly document the trials and tribulations of her pregnancy. On the same day that she broke her toilet, she revealed that she bought a new sleep recliner to ease the symptoms of her "severe pregnancy acid reflux."

In January, when many users were posting then-and-now photos of themselves for the "ten-year challenge," she posted two side-by-side pics of her feet.

In another recent post, she wrote, "After a month of sciatica pain, followed by 3 weeks of Bronchitis, I figured since my feet fit in my sneaks today I needed to walk out a lot of anxiety!!"

The singer shares son Ace and daughter Maxwell with husband Eric Johnson, who she wed in 2014. Their third child, a girl, will be named Birdie.
