Paris Jackson attends Grammys after-party after receiving treatment

Happy and healthy!

Paris Jackson stepped out on Sunday night for Republic Records' official Grammys after-party at Spring Place Beverly Hills, making it her first public appearance since receiving treatment for her emotional health back in January.

The daughter of the late Michael Jackson was in good spirits as she posed on the red carpet at the event, where she posed with musical collaborator Gabriel Glenn while rocking a cream-colored satin slip dress adorned with a floral print.

An eyewitness told Entertainment Tonight that Jackson appeared "happy and healthy" as she enjoyed the party.

In mid-January, the outlet broke the story about the singer's decision to seek treatment, citing a source that said she "decided that she needed to take some time off to reboot, realign and prioritize her physical and emotional health. She checked herself into a treatment facility to aid in her wellness plan."

Hours later, Jackson took to Instagram to confirm the report.

"Yes I’ve taken a break from work and social media and my phone because it can be too much sometimes, and everyone deserves a break, but I am happy and healthy and feeling better than ever!" she wrote. "Gabriel and I have some new music we’re stoked to share with y’all! (@thesoundflowers) hope you guys’ new year started out with lots of love and light and all the things. I’ll be back soon!! xxox"

Other stars who stepped out for the after-parties on Sunday night were Joe Jonas, Hailee Steinfeld, Shay Mitchell and Stevie Wonder.
