Megyn Kelly and former 'Today' colleague Kathie Lee Gifford reunite at charity gala

Bad blood? Not over here.

Megyn Kelly may still have a few nemeses over at NBC, but there's no ill will between her and former "Today" colleague Kathie Lee Gifford. The two were all smiles over the weekend at a charity gala in Arizona, happily posing together and chatting on the red carpet.

Kelly wore a black and gold allover-sequin gown to the Childhelp Drive the Dream Gala while Gifford donned a floral number. Childhelp is the country's oldest and largest nonprofit advocating for abused and neglected children.

Both women are leaving their NBC careers behind, but under notably different circumstances: Kelly's permanent exit from "Today" followed her hour's shock cancelation in late October 2018. Gifford will follow suit with her own "Today" departure in April 2019, but Lee, who's been on the show for 11 years, reportedly made the decision herself.

Although they hosted their "Today" hours from completely separate studios, there was occasional crossover that allowed Gifford and Kelly to interact on-air. Kelly joined her fellow co-hosts for special events like the royal wedding, and Gifford appeared for an interview on Kelly's hour in October, just days before the show's cancelation.

Gifford plans to focus on personal creative endeavors after leaving NBC, recently revealing that she has multiple projects in the works, including directing a short film.

It's unclear what Kelly's next steps will be, but an an insider said she is "bent on learning from the NBC situation, ready to fight another day in applying her talents, enduring values and experiences to make real progress in this polarized world."
