Angelica Hale returns to ‘America’s Got Talent,’ gets Howie’s golden buzzer (Video)

Former “AGT” runner-up Angelica Hale just belted out her “prove I’m alright song,” scoring “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” judge Howie Mandel’s golden buzzer in the process.

Covering Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song,” young Angelica showed the NBC audience that this “small boat” still has “a lot of fight left” in her. Weirdly, Spice Girl Mel B. wasn’t totally impressed, but her fellow panelist more than made up for that lack of enthusiasm on Monday.

With one press of the big button, Hale is now headed straight to the live shows: Yes, the golden buzzer is like winning a million bucks on Mandel’s other show, CNBC’s “Deal or No Deal.”
