Celeb Spotter 089: Celebs brave the cold in NYC, LA
Brrr, it's cold in here!
Celebs stepped out this week as temperatures dropped from coast to coast in New York and Los Angeles. Rain hit the City of Stars as Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway, Nicole Richie, Ted Danson and Ben Affleck were photographed out and about. It was the first sighting of Affleck in 2019.
In Manhattan, Rihanna, the cast of the new movie "Glass," Rachel Roy and Elle Fanning were all spotted by paparazzi, too.

Overseas, Men's Fashion Week kicked off in Paris, and Laura Dern, Naomi Campbell and Madison Beer were among the biggest names who were seen walking around town between shows. Over in London, Duchess Kate and Duchess Meghan stepped out for separate appearances, with the Duchess of Sussex flaunting her growing baby bump in a skintight H&M dress that cost $30.
