Kaley Cuoco sparkles in sequins for the 24th Annual Critics' Choice Awards

Kaley Cuoco sparkled at the 24th Annual Critics' Choice Awards on Sunday night in Los Angeles.

The "Big Bang Theory" actress turned heads with her bare plunging neckline in a gorgeous black-and-white Pre-fall gown by J.Mendel.

Equal parts glamorous and sexy, the sequin grid-printed long-sleeve dress was complete with Brian Atwood heels and minimal jewels by Anita Ko.

Cuoco took the stage to join forces with her "Big Bang Theory" cast, including Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki, to honor the sitcom's creator Chuck Lorre, who received the Career Achievement Award.

"I am officially the luckiest person in showbiz, if you don't count the Kardashians," Lorre joked in his speech.
