Tim Tebow engaged to former Miss Universe: Details!
Tim Tebow is getting hitched.
The former NFL quarterback popped the question to former Miss Universe winner Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters recently at his family estate in Jacksonville, Florida, People first reported.

After putting a 7.25-carat ring on his new fiancée's finger, Tebow unveiled another surprise for his South African girlfriend: Singer Matthew Mole, who hails from Nel-Peters' home country, serenaded the couple as friends and family watched along, including the beauty queen's family from South Africa that Tebow had flown in.
"I actually wasn't really nervous, Tebow said of the proposal. "I was excited. I wanted everything to be perfect and to go smoothly. But I wasn't nervous to actually ask her."

Tebow and Nel-Peters, who won Miss Universe in 2017, met through Night to Shine, part of the athlete's non-profit organization, the Tim Tebow Foundation. The couple officially made their relationship public at the end of last summer.
"I'm excited for the wedding," Nel-Peters said this week. "I can't wait to spend forever with him."
Tebow echoed those sentiments.
"She’s just perfect for me," he said. "I’m really blessed to have her by my side for the rest of my life."
