Meghan Markle shares her best advice for job seekers

Meghan Markle made a surprise visit to one of her new patronages, Smart Works, on Thursday. The charity helps long-term unemployed women develop the skills they need to get a new job.

According to the Duchess of Sussex the first step to a new employment, is a smart outfit. This makes sense since Markle was named best dressed for 2018.

She is now passing on her expertise to help the women feel their best during a job interview. During her visit, Markle helped hand select a number of outfits for the women, and gave them advice and confidence to seek out their next endeavor.
