Gwyneth Paltrow gets soaked in hilarious 'Slay it, Don't Spray it' game with Jimmy Fallon

Gwyneth Paltrow dropped by "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" to promote her new cookbook, "The Clean Plate," and got a little more than she bargained for. The late night host challenged her to one his favorite games "Slay it, Don't Spray it."

The extreme karaoke game had Paltrow and Fallon testing their lyric knowledge with some wet consequences if they screwed up. The special mics in front of them were ready to spray them in the face if they got the lyrics wrong.

Though most of the songs were chart-toppers, neither of them came away dry.

The game started with a very high rendition of Ariana Grande’s “No Tears Left to Cry” from the Goop mogul. Though she had a solid start, as soon as the lyrics disappeared, she fumbled and the mic gave her a very aggressive spray. “Who is controlling the water, that is intense!” Jimmy laughed.

He didn’t stay dry for long either, though, despite confidently beginning Shawn Mendes' “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back.” The pair wasn’t any more successful with “Genie in a Bottle” by Christina Aguilera or "Rapper’s Delight" by The Sugarhill Gang.

They finished the game with a seemingly simple duet to “Hey Ya” that ended up super soaking the duo, proving that they both really need to brush up on their lyrics.
