Golden Globes 2019: Regina King, Ben Stiller, Laura Dern and more stars who brought their children as dates

Updated

The Golden Globes red carpet turned into an ultra-glam version of "Take Your Child to Work Day" as famous faces like Laura Dern, Regina King and Spike Lee brought their kids along to enjoy the big night.

At 14 years old, Dern's daughter, Jaya Harper, was one of the youngest people posing for the paparazzi -- and she was a total natural! She wore a black floor-length number adorned with butterfly appliques.

Across the carpet, Ben Stiller's 16-year-old daughter, Ella Stiller, was by her dad's side in a midnight blue tulle gown. "So happy to be with my beautiful daughter tonight at the Golden Globes," Stiller wrote on Instagram ahead of the ceremony.

King's son, Ian Alexander Jr., 22, even joined his mother for live interviews on the red carpet, telling E!'s Ryan Seacrest that King is "just a super-mom, really."

Special shout-out to Timothee Chalamet, who flipped the script and had his mom, Nicole, on his arm at the Globes. She was also his date to the 2018 Academy Awards when Chalamet was nominated for Best Actor for "Call Me By Your Name."

Amid all the parent-child pairs, there were dozens of stars who brought their significant others as dates. Emily Blunt & John Krasinski, Keri Russell & Matthew Rhys, and Sterling K. Brown & Ryan Michelle Bathe were some of our favorites on the red carpet.
