'Big Bang Theory' cast seemingly bothered by Les Moonves joke at the Golden Globes

From politics to the entertainment industry and everything in between, 2018's wild year left no shortage of awards season content for hosts to get clever with and poke fun at.

2019 Golden Globe co-hosts, Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh, took a jab at former CBS CEO Les Moonves right before introducing stars of CBS' "The Big Bang Theory" Kaley Cuoco, Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki.

"Now here with a surprising, unrehearsed takedown of Les Moonves is the cast of 'The Big Bang Theory,'" joked Samberg about Moonves. Sandra responded by correcting her co-host to say, "Oh, that can't be right."

The witty moment successfully achieved laughs throughout the star-studded audience, although the "BBT" cast seemed to overlook it.

Moonves stepped down in September after being accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct in one of most high-profile #MeToo cases to date.

Earlier in the night, CBS producer Chuck Lorre walked the red carpet where he avoided questions about his disgraced CBS CEO boss.

“Les Moonves was obviously a big shocker,” a reporter from Variety asked before asking “How do you move on from that?” Lorre replied “That’s above my pay grade...I’ve had the great opportunity for a long time...Going back to 'Two And A Half Men', 'Mike And Molly' and 'Mom'.”
