Remember Sophia Grace from 'The Ellen Show'? She's all grown up now

Updated

Who could forget Sophia Grace and her adorable cousin, Rosie?

The pint-sized pair of British cousins became overnight sensations back in 2011 when their cover of Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" went viral on YouTube, which prompted Ellen DeGeneres to take them under her wing and feature them on her eponymous talk show numerous times, including to duet with Minaj.

The world was instantly obsessed with their charm, humor and enthusiasm, and they captured celebrities like Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift's attention at the various awards shows that DeGeneres sent them to cover.

Since then, though, they've been out of the spotlight -- until now, that is.

See Sophia Grace's transformation through the years:

Sophia Grace, now 15, recently released a music video for her new song, "Can't Sleep," which shows the teenager addressing fans' concerns that she's changed since she first went viral.

"People saying they want me to be the same as I was before. It annoys me because I’m not that person anymore and they always ask me to go back to how I was, but I’m different and that’s not who I am," she says at the beginning of the clip. "So I want to show people I’m a different person now and I’ve changed, but that’s okay because everyone changes."

Noticeably absent from the clip? Her cousin, Rosie McClelland, now 12, who served as her de facto "hype girl" back in the day.

The video was also released on the heels of Twitter users discovering that Sophia Grace's Instagram account has been flaunting her more grown-up image for a while now, which left a lot of fans shocked.

"When did Sophia Grace and Rosie grow up???" someone tweeted. "My brain can't handle this."

"Remember Sophia Grace?" another person tweeted with now-and-then photos of the rapper. "This is her now feel old yet?"
