Disney Channel actor Stoney Westmoreland arrested for trying to set up sex with 13-year-old

An actor who plays a grandfather on a Disney show was arrested for trying to have sex with a kid the same as his TV grandkid, police said Saturday.

Stoney Westmoreland, 48, who appears on the Disney Channel series “Andi Mack” as grandad Henry (Ham) Mack was arrested in Utah on Friday after he allegedly booked a car to meet what he thought was a 13-year-old for sex.

Westmoreland was in Salt Lake City to film the show — which centers around a 13-year-old girl and her friends. The set is at a middle school in the area according to the Internet Movie Database.

He got in contact with an undercover cop posing as a child on a dating app, sent pornographic pictures and asked for snaps back, police said.

Westmoreland was charged with enticing a minor by internet or text, as well as four counts of dealing in materials harmful to a minor, according to jail records.

Disney has given him the boot.

“Given the nature of the charges and our responsibility for the welfare of employed minors, we have released him from his recurring role and he will not be returning to work on the series which wraps production on its third season next week,” a Disney Channel rep said in a statement.

Westmoreland has had roles in TV shows such as “Breaking Bad,” “Better Call Saul” and “CSI: Miami.”
