Meg Ryan confirms engagement to John Mellencamp: Pic!
Meg Ryan is engaged!
The actress took to Instagram on Thursday to confirm her engagement to musician John Mellencamp. Speculation that the couple was headed down the aisle was fueled by photos that emerged this week of Ryan walking around New York City while sporting a ring on her ring finger.
"ENGAGED!" she captioned a simple black-and-white drawing of a man and woman holding hands.

Ryan, 56, and Mellencamp, 67, first dated from 2011 until 2014, when they broke up before rekindling their romance last year. Before their reunion, Mellencamp dated supermodel Christy Brinkley.
Mellencamp has been married three times before, to Elaine Irwin, Victoria Granucci and Priscilla Esterline. He has five children, including "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Teddi Mellencamp, who he shares with Granucci.
Ryan was married to Dennis Quaid from 1991 until 2000, and they share son, Jack, 26. She also has a daughter, Daisy, 14, who she adopted from China.
